Your Next Level Should Be More Profitable, More Predictable And A Hell Of A Lot More Fun To Run.
SCALE is the 12-month high-touch programme for ambitious six-figure women ready to upgrade their business to wildly profitable, mostly automated, actually enjoyable six-figure months and beyond.
Join SCALE nowOn paper, you've made it. Six figures. Clients who rave. An offer that sells.
So why does it still take this much of you?
Sales come, but not reliably. One brilliant month, then one that makes you wonder what changed. Revenue that looks great from the outside, and a bank balance that tells a different story. A business where you can't really get sick, because the month would show it.
Meanwhile, the ground is moving. Reach isn't what it was. AI is changing how businesses run, and you'd be the one who has to find the time to catch up.
And the worry isn't going under. It's sitting here next year with the same numbers and one more year gone.
You don't have a motivation problem. You don't have an ideas problem either. You've got a list of twenty good ones. What you don't have is a way to know which one deserves the next three months.
The strategies that took you to six figures were built for a smaller business. A bigger one needs an upgrade, not more effort. That's what you do with us inside SCALE.
Not a wall. A strategy that's done its job.
βWe are doing $50-$70k per month consistently (cash received) with less than $5k ad spend per month. When I came to you, I had only made $50k TOTAL ever πβ
That's what you're finally going to create inside SCALE.
A business you're excited about again. One where you open the laptop because you want to, not because everything stalls if you don't.
The certainty of knowing your next move is the right one before you spend three months on it.
A nice house, proper holidays with the kids, money for the fun stuff without budgeting for it. And a bank account that grows because the business was built to keep more of what it makes.
It's okay to want that. Ambitious women do. We're not after the Lamborghinis. We're after the freedom in our time.
"We are almost back to where I was before I burnt it all down 12 months ago. This time leaner, more profitable and way more enjoyable."

SCALE isn't a course to work through from end to end. We advise you, help you build your plan, and give you everything you need to put it into action.
Two or more live calls a week with me and the team that runs my own seven-figure business day to day. Everyone who turns up gets what's basically a mini one-on-one.
You get feedback on everything you build, every week. Copy reviewed. Ads looked at. Strategy pressure tested. Tech untangled. Can't make a call? Ask in the community every weekday and get your pages, copy and offers reviewed there.
On day one we build your plan around your numbers and your offers, so you know exactly what to do first. Every 60 days we set the next one.
The trainings, and every resource we use in our own business and with our clients, reliably there when you need it.
We make it easy. You've got everything you need to put your plan into action.
Being around women at your level, building the same kind of business, with somewhere to go when you get stuck.
Bring us the actual thing you're working on. We'll look at it properly, tell you what we'd change, and help you keep moving.
SCALE is the only place to get this level of live calls and feedback with me and my team.
βMy funnel has brought in multi 6-figures every year since we launched it (and we are so close to hitting 7-figures). My whole business is now automated. Kate was my secret weapon!β
One has great offers and a sales process that still runs through her. The other has the sales running and offers that don't fit together. Hand them both the same roadmap and it helps neither.
So the plan is built around you.
We start with your numbers, your offers and what you want your life to look like, and work out what you're actually missing. You'll get your custom dashboard, and you'll choose where to start.
We don't just tell you what to build. We hand you what you need to build it, then help you get it working in your business.
Because the expensive mistake at this level isn't choosing a bad strategy. It's spending three months brilliantly executing the seventh most important thing in your business.
Every 60 days we sit down, look at what's working, and set your plan for the next 60.
By now you've got upgrades in and running. Sales are coming from places they weren't a few months ago. The wins start stacking on each other instead of sitting there on their own. And you can feel the whole thing shift up a gear. Because two upgrades aren't just twice as good as one. Each one makes the others work harder.
Now we lock it in...
Illustrative example. Everyone's numbers are different.
The end goal? Wildly profitable six figure months, a business that mostly runs without you, and more room in your week than you've got now.
We give you the right plan and the right tools, in the right order, so you get the best possible results, as fast as possible.
Add the monthly offer your business is missing and get the rest of your offers into the right order, so you're stacking reliable, profitable revenue instead of starting every month from zero.
A posting schedule engineered to sell, with our system running underneath it. Most people only build the part everyone can see, which is why fixing your messaging never moves the number.
Turn your DMs into something that sorts your people and makes offers to the right ones, without you in there.
Use our ad system on your business, from as little as $10 a day. Done right, people who'd normally take six months get ready to buy in about fourteen days.
Move a buyer up to the next thing without you having to ask. Because what moves a $47 buyer is not what moves someone about to spend $5,000.
Specific strategies and promotions that switch your list back on and walk people toward your premium offers.
Your premium offers selling without you getting on a single sales call. The thing everyone assumes stops working at higher prices.
Build the AI infrastructure underneath your business as you grow. The tools, dashboards, agents and skills you actually need, one at a time, so twelve months from now you're running a more advanced business that needs considerably less from you.

These are our best-selling resources and products, the stuff clients rave about. Everything you need at your fingertips to get the best possible result, faster and better.
Ten to twenty minute strategies that add more sales and more money to your business right now.
Worth $497Every single template for every email, every sales page, every prompt. Everything in one place.
Worth $997Full curriculum, every funnel, every sales campaign, all the AI tools.
Worth $2,082All the AI tools, trainings and events.
Worth $1,164You can see where this is going. You've probably started. A few experiments, a tool or two, a chat that was weirdly useful.
But between your clients, your delivery and running the business, nobody has handed you the time to work out what to build, in what order, and how to make it stick.
So inside SCALE, AI isn't one more thing on your list. It's just part of what we do. As you install each upgrade, we hand you the AI that goes with it, the dashboards, agents and skills, along with an easy plan to follow. By next year it's simply how your business runs.
"I have been BLOWN AWAY by this training. Honestly, I've never used an AI like this before and I'm amazed by what it can do. The step by step process, the videos, the easy-to-digest steps...it walks you through it all and has me feeling like a Claude expert, when I'd never used Claude before this."
"I've used a few different AI trainings and systems in the past, and honestly, all of them just left me frustrated and thinking I was doing something wrong. Your course was so clear and easy to follow, and I can already see how much it's going to help my business and save me so much time every week!"
"It actually made content creation enjoyable and I was BLOWN AWAY by the output that it gave me and how quickly a whole months worth of great content was generated... it saved me HOURS!!"
"Built my sales page (love it) with animations in record time. Saved me a ton of hours. I kept saying, βI don't believe it!β as I was building. Then, the connection between Claude and Kajabi...chef's kiss."
"Just wanted to share the beautiful sales page Claude made for me. My life will never be the same π How do I get back all the hours I've spent on making sales pages before AI existed!?"
"I'm honestly blown away! This isn't just another βuse AI to make contentβ system."
"I just wanted to thank you for all I learned inside your programs! We are doing $50-$70k per month consistently (cash received) with less than $5k ad spend per month. When I came to you, I had only made $50k TOTAL ever π"
"We did over 7-figures in the last 12 months, all through the funnel you helped me create!"
"My funnel has brought in multi 6-figures every year since we launched it (and we are so close to hitting 7-figures). My whole business is now automated. Kate was my secret weapon!"
"In the space of only 4 weeks my business I went from struggling to sell a program a week, to selling over 20 a week⦠easily and totally on autopilot. Now that same funnel sells up to 20 sales a DAY! Kate bloody rocks!"
"I love Kate's systems and advice. We went from Β£3K to Β£30,000 a month using this program!"
"6-months ago I finished my evergreen funnel and it was the best decision! Since then we had over 150 sales and made around $60,000 through our funnel. Thank you Kate!"
"Over the last three months, I've consistently been at 30,000+ per month, whereas before, I was usually around 15,000. So I literally doubled my revenue, without working more."
Different niches. Different starting points. None of them needed the same thing.
Most of you reading this have worked with me before. Which means you already know what it looks like.
You've seen the results you can get, and you've seen the results other women get.
You know I only ever hand over the thing that actually worked (after I've rigorously aka obsessively tested it).
That when you ask a question you get a real answer, maybe even a Loom or a template to use.
That the tools are good great.
That we don't hold back the useful bit.
Now you can have all of that... pointed at the latest phase of your business.
And if you haven't worked with me and my team before, you're going to love it.
Hi, I'm Kate McKibbin.
Award-winning serial entrepreneur, AI and automations obsessive, with a bachelor's degree in business and marketing and almost twenty years of hands-on experience starting and scaling businesses, and coaching other businesses to do the same.
I've been building online businesses since 2007. I've created multiple six and seven-figure businesses, including this one, which I've run mostly on autopilot as a seven-figure business for the last seven years. And I've coached thousands of coaches and course creators to create, fix and scale their funnels (including many of the big names you're probably following right now).
And most importantly, right now, our business is scaling. We're growing faster, we're more profitable, and we're having more fun than ever before.
The strategies, the tools, everything we're using to do that is exactly what we're going to share with you, and help you recreate to work for your business inside SCALE.

"I like my business again. I have some free time. I had surgery and I still made money. It has been so, so worth my investment."
"I love the programme! I have been in a lot of business programs over the years but this one, hands down, transformed me and my business. I learned so much and continue to apply from Kate's teachings to my work."
"What I learned in this group was HUGE! Kate's programme is definitely worth the investment. I was totally tapped out after investing my savings in the other "funnel expert" and HAD to do Kate's course to make up for that. I wish I had done it first! When you're ready, it's well worth it."
"I just wanted to share that this is the most value packed programs I have been in. My mind is blown with how much value is in this program π₯ This is coming from someone who has invested over $100,000 in other programs for my business"
"I'm soooo excited to be here! So far the amount of value I've gained from this course has been mind blowing!! I've gotten courses after courses and they are simply okay... I swear this is the best investment to date!"
"Kate is a masterful woman who knows her stuff, she teaches easy to implement strategies that drive true profits. From Kate's suggestions, we've driven tens of thousands of dollars of profits using simple, easy to implement tweaks, all thanks to Kate!"
"It's not often you find people in this industry who truly understand and love both the strategy and execution side of online marketing, and are also genuinely passionate about creating great results for their clients. Kate is the real deal!"

There's no set number. SCALE is designed to work around your life. You can go all in and treat it like a full-time project, or do a few hours a week. It's really up to you.
We've designed it to be doable step by step, and we give you every resource to make implementation fast and painless. AI, templates, all of it.
Some upgrades are really quick. Some are chunkier. That's just part of upgrading a business.
Your plan is built around your business, not a roadmap everyone follows. And you get live access to me and the team every week, so if something isn't landing we look at it with you.
No. You get our dashboards, agents and skills one at a time, as you build. You're not figuring it out alone.
We run Australian, US and European friendly times, with me, my head coach, or one of the team. DM us @hellofunnels and we'll send you the current calendar so you can see exactly what suits you.
Funnel Club has one very specific job: build your core funnels and stabilise your sales.
We give you the three Evergreen Sales Engines we recommend every coaching business builds first, the step-by-step roadmap to install them, and community support while you do it.
SCALE is a very different room.
There isn't one roadmap everyone follows, because at this stage, what your business needs next might be completely different from the woman sitting beside you.
We look across your whole business, figure out which Upgrades are most likely to move your number, and build your plan around that.
That might include your funnels. But it might also be your offers, margins, customer journey, AI, team, systems, ads or something else entirely.
And instead of community support only, inside SCALE you get live access to me and the team every week to look at what you're actually working on, help you make the decisions and keep the right things moving.
So:
If you want to build your core funnels, stabilise your sales and you're happy following the roadmap: Funnel Club.
If you want us looking at the whole business with you, deciding what comes next and helping you upgrade multiple parts of it at the same time: SCALE.
And if your funnels still need work, that doesn't mean you need to do Funnel Club first.
Funnel Club is included inside SCALE, so if building those core funnels is part of your SCALE plan, you've got everything you need to do it.
No. Plenty of the room will have, plenty won't. The full Funnel Club curriculum is included either way, so if there's a foundation piece missing you can install it fast with support and keep moving.
You upgrade and we stop your Funnel Club payments. You're just in SCALE. If you don't choose to upgrade, no worries, you'll remain in Funnel Club and keep access to everything you have currently.
No. You need to be making roughly 6-figures a year already, and have an online course or coaching offer that already sells and clients who get real results. That's the only requirement.
You bring whatever you're working on and we sort it. Everyone who turns up gets time.
There are two or more a week and they're recorded. Come to what you can. But if you can't make one (or most), don't worry, you can still ask all your questions and get your pages/ copy/offers/everything reviewed right in the community every weekday.
The programme is twelve months minimum, and you can cancel anytime after that.
